Viticula supports and accelerates the dreams of female founders and CEOs by integrating business strategy, financial data, and personal values.

Viticula Financial is a boutique financial strategy and virtual CFO firm supporting female founders and entrepreneurs.

Rather than separating business strategy from finance, Vitcula’s approach is to apply a metric-based financial strategy that works with business strategy to ensure long-term growth and profitability.

By offering long-term and short-term financial strategy advisory support, there’s an option for every entrepreneur who wants to feel more confident and in charge of their business’s finances.

Meet the Team

  • Founder

Kristen Hillman is the founder and CEO of Viticula, LLC. Before launching Viticula, Kristen spent over 25 years working for private equity investment and management companies in accounting and finance leadership roles. She obtained her CPA license in 2000 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Her expertise lies in empowering founders and CEOs to make confident and informed decisions while creating predictable profitability, growth, and achieving long-term goals.

Since starting her business, Kristen has developed an intimate understanding of online service-based businesses. As a result, all financial reports are customized and simplified to empower her clients to feel confident making business decisions.

  • Bookkeeper

Anna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. She went on to teach mathematics, driven by her desire to help students thrive through education and to see the importance of quantitative reasoning. She then shifted her focus to organizational support, assisting with the systems and data that drive decision making.

Anna has joined Viticula Financial as bookkeeper and desires to support clients with accurate data to help guide their company.

Why Viticula?

Viticula: "Little Vines" in Latin, mirrors my love for family and wine. In my journey as a businesswoman and mom, I've had the privilege of part-time homeschooling my kids, Josh and Leah—a gift of time I cherish deeply.

Add in a relaxing meal with good food, good wine, and good friends, it’s about as close to my happy place as possible.

Just as wine brings people together, Viticula fosters businesses in a safe and collaborative space. It’s my vision for you to feel relaxed, confident, and excited as we strategize and plan your passion-driven success.

Cheers to you and your dreams,

Kristen

  • “I feel empowered, relieved, confident, and encouraged! It’s an incredible relief to see everything on paper and understanding the percentages of expenses and revenue so I can make informed decisions. There are a lot of moving parts on starting a business, this has given me understanding of what to aim for and plan for cash flow so that I can create a healthy business.”

  • “Kristen is a total game changer. I have used a bookkeeper for years, but Kristen is truly next level. Her experience and expertise are unparalleled. She has become a trusted advisor to my business and has taken so much stress off my shoulders. As CEO (even with a financial background) it is stressful making financial decisions in a vacuum. I truly feel like I have a teammate now as I make big financial decisions. Hiring Kristen is an investment in your business, your confidence, and your stress reduction!”

    -Corinne

  • “I no longer have to worry if I’m making smart investments in my business, whether it’s for marketing or growing my team, because Kristen will review and make sure it falls in line with our budget. She has given me peace of mind. She has also been able to analyze my income and expenses in ways that I would never be able to do myself. Her reporting is amazing. I know so much more about my business than I did before Kristen started helping me.”
